Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the 1st time and have my 2nd holes redone (as they had closed). Brandy was wonderful with my daughter who was nervous and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. Excellent experience!

I have to admit when my teen wanted a second piercing I was nervous. Didn't trust the mall experience and am so happy that #1 I caved in and #2 we went to Brandy. She made my teen feel very comfortable and was so easy to interact with.

It went very well and offered different options for a jewelry change. 10/10 would recommend. I twas also kicking my feet to spongebob on the tv because my autism liked it.
