Took my daughter to get her ears pierced for the 1st time and have my 2nd holes redone (as they had closed). Brandy was wonderful with my daughter who was nervous and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. Excellent experience!

I've had several ear piercings over my life and getting my most recent one with Brandy was easily the best. I'm a fainter and she handled my piercing with everything I needed to keep from passing out from the adrenaline dump. I've had piercers let me almost let me walk out the door knowing I looked pale and shakey, but Brandy set me up with cool compresses and made me feel comfortable to sit tight while my symptoms abated. 10/10 will be going back for more.
